Refund & Digital Fulfillment Policy

Overstimulated LLC (operating as OVERSTIMULATED LIVE) sells digital entertainment services and digital media only. All sales are generally final.

Digital fulfillment

Live actions are delivered in real time inside an active OVERSTIMULATED LIVE audio room, typically within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Clip purchases are delivered digitally as instant streaming or download access linked to the buyer's account. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no fulfillment delays.

All sales final

Because services are digital and often executed within seconds of payment, all purchases are final by default. By completing checkout you acknowledge that the action or clip is delivered immediately and is non-refundable outside the limited exceptions below.

Limited exceptions

Refunds may be issued, at OVERSTIMULATED LIVE's sole discretion, only when: — A paid live action could not be executed at all due to a platform error. — A clip purchase failed to unlock and could not be resolved by support. — A payment was duplicated or charged in error due to a technical issue. — The transaction is the result of demonstrable unauthorized use of a payment method.

Override / escalation purchases

Override and save actions are competitive bidding mechanics. Once executed by the moderator, they are non-refundable — even if you are subsequently overridden by another participant.

How to request a refund

Email dahome@overstimulatedch.com within 7 days of the transaction with your Stripe receipt, the order/session ID, and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact dahome@overstimulatedch.com before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved directly within 1–2 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
