OVERSTIMULATED LIVE is an entertainment platform operated by Overstimulated LLC. Live actions, mic policies, mute bands, and override mechanics are dramatic devices designed for audience participation in a live audio room. They are not personal disputes, legal proceedings, judgments, or contests of skill or chance.
Not gambling
No paid action involves a wager, prize pool, payout, or chance-based outcome. Customers pay a fixed price for a defined entertainment service (e.g., 'mute speaker for 5 minutes'). The override mechanic is a competitive bidding feature where each side pays for the action to be executed; there is no payout to participants.
No physical goods
OVERSTIMULATED LIVE sells digital entertainment services and digital media access only. No physical products are manufactured, stocked, or shipped at any point.
Execution context
Final execution of any paid action depends on the active live-room context, current rules, and moderator availability. Some actions may be queued or, in rare cases, refunded if they cannot be executed at all.
User-generated audio
Statements made by participants in live rooms reflect their own views and not those of Overstimulated LLC. We moderate but do not pre-approve speech.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Overstimulated LLC does not store card details and is not responsible for payment processor outages.
