What we sell
OVERSTIMULATED LIVE is a live social audio entertainment platform. We sell two categories of digital products:
1. Live in-room interactive actions
Real-time digital entertainment services executed by a moderator inside an active live audio room. Examples: temporarily mute a speaker, request a music track, set a mic-floor policy, move a participant to the audience. Delivered within seconds of payment.
2. Digital clip purchases
Pre-recorded audio highlights from past live rooms. Delivered as instant digital streaming or download access linked to the buyer's account. No physical media is shipped.
No physical goods are sold. Nothing is manufactured, stocked, or shipped. There is no inventory, no fulfillment warehouse, and no shipping carrier involved at any point.

How services are delivered
- 1. Checkout. Customer selects an action or clip and completes payment via Stripe.
- 2. Confirmation. A confirmation email is sent immediately with the receipt and order ID.
- 3a. Live actions: the order is queued in the moderator console and executed inside the live audio room within seconds. Average execution time is under 30 seconds.
- 3b. Clip purchases: the customer's account is granted streaming access immediately. Clips are accessible from the customer's library at any time.
- 4. Records. All transactions and their associated metadata (action, target, notes, room reference) are retained for accounting and dispute resolution.
Payments & refunds
Because services are digital and executed live, sales are generally final. Refunds are issued at our discretion when an action could not be executed, a clip failed to unlock, or a payment was duplicated due to technical error. Full details are published in our Refund & Digital Fulfillment Policy.
Eligibility, content & policies
Customers must be at least 18 years old to register or make purchases. All participants agree to our community standards before joining a room.
Content prohibited on the platform includes hate speech, threats, doxxing, harassment, sexually explicit material, illegal content, and any form of regulated goods. Violations result in immediate removal and forfeit of pending actions.
OVERSTIMULATED LIVE does not facilitate gambling, financial services, weapons, pharmaceuticals, adult services, or any other restricted category under Stripe's Restricted Businesses list.
