Overstimulated LLC (operating as OVERSTIMULATED LIVE) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly: email address, username, contact-form messages, and target/notes fields you submit with paid actions. Technical information collected automatically: page views, device type, browser, anonymized IP address, and approximate location for security and analytics.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Overstimulated LLC never sees or stores your full card details. We retain transaction metadata (amount, action name, target username, notes, timestamps, Stripe session ID) to fulfill the service, provide customer support, and meet accounting and tax obligations.
How we use information
To deliver paid live actions and clip access, send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations), respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
Sharing
We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe), email/communications providers, analytics providers, infrastructure/hosting providers, and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Transaction records are retained for at least 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. You can request deletion of personal data outside the retention requirement at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing dahome@overstimulatedch.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential session functionality (keeping you logged in, remembering checkout state) and basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
OVERSTIMULATED LIVE is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
